The Furman Singers' Honeybees
Following the 1985 Spring Tour, four freshman girls approached Dr. Vick. They had loved the Mosquitoes very much, but were tired of not having a female counterpart group. Julia Wilson, Paige Overton, Kelley Batson and Melissa Sexton stated the now famous Tour Quote: "We Demand Equal Time." With that, the Honeybees were born. The following is the complete roster of all of the Honeybees.
